Good selection on canned and frozen goods also very cheap prices. However you have to bag your own groceries and the fresh produce has next to zero shelf life.

Nothing wrong .Only, I highly recommend!! purchasing meats from ,Metro or Costco. A quick stop ,easy access,lots of parking and Canadian tire with gas bar.

Located in the highway, easy access. Lots of parking and plenty of carts. Clean and recently underwent renovations. It loses a star because the produce division actually had a better layout before. Manager here is super, almost always on the floor right alongside employees. Staff is typically friendly, with the exception of a few. There are some fantastic deals, on a daily basis.
